Our AccuWeigh Adelaide branch recently completed the relocation of a 28m long multi-deck weighbridge for a long-standing customer in the Fertiliser industry. The weighbridge, originally supplied by AccuWeigh, had to be relocated to the customer’s new premises. This required us to attend site and decommission the old weighbridge decks, then create a new foundation to the same specification and size as the original.
Once the new weighbridge foundation had cured, AccuWeigh craned the original decks into position and used the original weighbridge load cells to support the decks. On completion of installation, the AccuWeigh team then performed the weighing scale calibration, commissioning and verification in accordance with the prevailing Trade Measurement regulations.
