Brenton Cunningham is an acquisition and change management specialist with over thirty five years experience in running large corporate assets. A recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Mr. Cunningham is actively involved in the executive strategic direction of Diverseco and its holdings.

Ross Waller

Engineering Director
(Packaging and Automation)

Mr Waller is a Mechanical Engineer and a recognized expert in automation, pneumatics and packaging technology. In 1997, Mr Waller merged his own packaging company with Accuweigh and is today instrumental in managing the technical aspect of Diverseco’s many business interests.

Elizabeth Panayi

Non Executive Director

Elizabeth Panayi is an experienced senior executive who has held various roles in Australia and internationally working for the Department of Premier and Cabinet, BAE Systems Australia (Australia and UK) and Clipsal Schneider Electric. Elizabeth sits on the Extreme Land Board and has sat on a Not for Profit board and various Government Committees and Boards previously, is a professional director with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, accredited senior executive coach and holds Master degrees in Business Administration and Business Law.

Greg Pattinson

Non Executive Director

Mr Greg Pattinson is an accomplished executive who has worked for over 25 years in the manufacturing, mining services, commercial laboratories and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. His depth of experience and skilled leadership has been attained through various director, CEO and business advisor roles across this diverse range of industries. Greg’s strengths include providing analysis and direction to drive growth and profit opportunities, change management, creative innovation, and provide direction in staffing and resources. Greg holds formal qualifications in the form of a BSc (Hons), MSc and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Tony Spassopoulos

Non Executive Director

Mr Tony Spassopoulos is a seasoned board member with expertise in plant hire and equipment rental, asset management and industrial services. Tony brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and governance, having an extensive background in mining & resources, renewable energy, infrastructure, civil engineering construction, packaging, FMCG and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Diverseco, Mr Spassopoulos was CEO at Boom Logistics Limited and Director at CHEP Asia Pacific (division of Brambles Limited). Tony is an MBA graduate from the Melbourne Business School and a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
