Our service team are responsible for performing installations, testing, servicing, calibration and repairs on a multitude of company products both within our workshops and also at our customer sites.
Administration Key Objectives:
- Establish rapport with all customers and suppliers by answering & responding to all telephone calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner.
- Provide support to internal departments by organising in and outgoing freight, raising sales and internal jobs, creation of purchase orders for sales and stock orders, and the creation of invoices for all jobs where required.
- General office administration including providing accurate data entry and creation of reports.
- Completion of end of month processes and reports within the given time frame.
- Reconciliation of bank and petty cash statements and accounts receivable.
- Customer service and reception duties.
