AccuWeigh’s Perth branch has recently delivered a new large bag format Vertical-Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) machine to a large grain processor in WA. Having used the Esse Gi product for many years, the Esse Gi F1300 Syncro VFFS is the machine of choice for our multi-national customer.
The Esse Gi F1300 Syncro VFFS machines are designed for large format bags and features a belt fed net weigher for bag filling accuracy and vertical ram to press the product into the bag to ensure it is filled to capacity for efficient transportation.
To meet the needs of this particular installation a custom version was supplied to enable our customer the flexibility needed during installation.
