AccuPak NSW has been awarded the order for an Esse Gi F1200 large bag VFFS (vertical, form, fill and seal) machine from a prominent Sydney based pet food manufacturer. This machine will operate beside another identical Esse Gi F1200 bag machine. Both machines produce 4kg and 20kg bags of dry, extruded dog food. One bag machine interfaces with an Esse Gi duplex net weigher, whilst the other interfaces with an existing 14-head multi-head weigher.

The original Esse Gi bag machine was successfully installed in 2010 and has been reliably operating ever since its commissioning. AccuPak’s factory-trained technicians have provided routine maintenance to ensure the machine is always kept in optimum operating condition.

AccuPak’s attention to detail and high service levels, in accordance with our service agreements, have been a primary contributor to the business deciding to opt for another Esse Gi machine, despite stiff competition from competitors.
