Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects over 23,000 Australians and more than two million diagnosed worldwide. One such Australian who is living with the disease is the God-mother of Rosa Carbone, our Sales Cadet in Adelaide.
“AccuWeigh’s donation to help fight MS is a chance to help people I care about”, said Rosa. There is currently no known cure for MS however there are a number of treatment options available to help manage symptoms and slow progression of the disease.
AccuWeigh’s A Higher Cause charity initiative has donated to many worthy charities, but we especially like to donate to charities that have meaning to our staff. It’s also a chance to give back to the community.
