AccuWeigh’s WA branch has just completed a refit of a weighbridge originally supplied by a competitor to a WA brick manufacturer. The weighbridge had been affected by lightning, damaging a load cell and the junction box.
AccuWeigh were able to get the customer out of trouble immediately as we had some weighing scale spare parts that were available and matched the existing equipment. Once the customer had sufficient down time available we were able to complete the refit with new digital load cells and a new AccuWeigh IT8000E intelligent digital weighing terminal that had specific operating software created to emulate the old, existing system for the benefit of the operators.
AccuWeigh’s service departments all around the country are fully-manned service operations, not one or two-manned operations like many of our competitors. We are often able to promptly respond to customers’ breakdown requirements and get them back up and running with minimal time.
