AccuWeigh were chosen by a national waste collection company to supply a wheel wash bath for their Cardup landfill site, near Perth. The wheel bath was determined by this customer as the most suitable option for their site for the removal of debris from the truck tyres as they leave site.
AccuWeigh have partnered with Daekeum GeoWell, a highly respected Korean wheel wash manufacturer, to enable us to provide specialist solutions into the Australian market. The GeoWell Wash Bridge 1100 Wheel Bath system is a heavy-duty, drive-through system designed to provide wheel wash capabilities where power is not available to operate pumps.
The Bridge 1100 bath is built to withstand the harshest conditions and is equipped with heavy-duty, hot dipped galvanised rumble grids within the wash zone for tyre distortion which aids in displacing mud and other foreign matter from tyre treads.
To aid the manual bath cleanout process, the rumble grids are fully removable and the bath is fitted with a Ø100mm drain valve to drain out dirty water from the bath.
