Brenton Cunningham is an acquisition and change management specialist with 35+ years of experience in managing large corporate assets. An Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award recipient, he actively guides the executive strategic direction of Diverseco and its holdings.

Elizabeth Panayi

Non-Executive Director

Elizabeth Panayi is a senior executive with experience in roles at the Department of Premier and Cabinet, BAE Systems, and Clipsal Schneider Electric. A professional director and accredited executive coach, she holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Law, and serves on various boards and committees.

Greg Pattinson

Non-Executive Director

Greg Pattinson is an executive with 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, mining services, commercial labs, and FMCG sectors. His leadership roles include director, CEO, and advisor, focusing on growth, change management, and innovation. Greg holds a BSc (Hons), MSc, and is a GAICD graduate.

Tony Spassopoulos

Non-Executive Director

Tony Spassopoulos is a seasoned board member with expertise in plant hire, asset management, and industrial services. He has extensive experience across mining, renewable energy, infrastructure, and more. Formerly CEO of Boom Logistics and Director at CHEP Asia Pacific, Tony holds an MBA and is a MAICD member.
