AccuWeigh’s West Australian branch recently retrofitted new digital load cells and a sophisticated Systec weighing terminal to upgrade the “obsolete” load cells under a weighbridge in Esperance for a well-known fertiliser company. The existing weighbridge load cells installed by one of our competitors became obsolete as often happens with their equipment.
Instead of accepting the high priced OEM replacement, our customer was looking for a more cost effective solution to ensure the future long term operation of their weighbridge. Using our AccuCell 30 tonne digital load cells with special adaptors to fit the existing mounts, in conjunction with our AccuWeigh IT3000D digital weighing terminal, we were able to deliver a quality, cost-effective solution to our customer and had the refit completed and verified within four working days of sending our competitive pricing.
