The team at Robot Technologies-Systems Australia (RTA) are excited about the prospect of exhibiting at National Manufacturing Week (NMW) 2019. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, NMW is Australia’s largest gathering of manufacturing decision-makers under one roof. It is the one place for the manufacturing community to come together to be inspired, innovate and connect with one another over the three days.
This year’s theme at NMW is ‘Industrial Evolution’ to represent the transformation of Australia’s manufacturing sector into a highly-integrated, skills-based, and collaborative environment.
On this occasion, RTA will share stand F141 with integration partner BOC where we will showcase the robot welding capabilities of a Kawasaki  BA006N robot equipped with a vision system that allows for dynamic process control.
Kawasaki arc welding robots use state-of-the-art technology that can rival the weld quality of a skilled human welder. The robots are equipped standard with arc welding specific software to enable quick and easy programming of the process path. Adaptive welding functionality is available to modify robot position, weave pattern and speed during welding to fill variable joints. Their built-in intelligence, flexibility and high accuracy make Kawasaki’s arc welding robots ideal for a wide range of arc welding applications.
If you are attending NMW 2109 in your search for ways for your organisation to step forward into growth and forge ahead of rivals using the latest welding robotics automation technologies, take time to talk with the RTA team on stand F141 .
