AccuWeigh recently converted a stainless steel tank, for a northern NSW cosmetics manufacturer, in to a weigh tank by installing four shearbeam load cells, one under each tank leg. In doing this, immediate production benefits became available to this customer by understanding how much product is currently in the tank.
The adage “You can’t manage what you can’t measure” is so true in business and converting storage bins, silos, hoppers, mixing tanks and other vessels in to weigh vessels, simply by adding suitably rated load cells, is a prudent and efficient way to manage product on your site.
