A new craft beer brewery constructed at the Gold Coast, South-East Queensland, has recently purchased an AccuWeigh, trade-approved pallet scale to weigh kegs of their beer on a pallet. Using the pallet scale they are able to determine how many litres are being supplied to their wholesale customers.

Also provided was an A&D Weighing SJ-6000WP bench scale which is rated to IP67, making it ideal for washing down and for use around food and beverages. The 6kg capacity bench scale is being used for check-weighing cans and for other general weighing purposes around the warehouse.

Both weighing products contribute to the brewery’s quality control to ensure that their customers are getting what they paid for. AccuWeigh can provide all weighing reports and trade-approval documents to aid in traceability and quality control.

This is an excellent example of how AccuWeigh is able to provide the complete weighing solution to its customers because of its ability to supply a comprehensive range of weighing products, from small capacity lab balances to heavy industrial weighing solutions.
