A new customer to AccuWeigh, a motoring club supplier recently purchased a pallet wrapper and weighing system to streamline their handling system. Our customer had been manually wrapping pallets of dangerous goods, for appropriate disposal and found the process to be time consuming, had increased chance of injury due to the process and they had no weighing system to ensure their compliance with the Chain of Responsibility.
AccuWeigh sourced an Australian-made low mast height pallet wrapper and installed this on an effective and accurate weighing system to enable the customer to weigh and wrap in one process, removing the need for double handling and increasing personnel safety due to the change in procedure. This assembly was then delivered to site and installed underneath the existing pallet racking that dictated the need for the low mast height.
