AccuWeigh’s Port Adelaide branch is currently supplying and installing a 26m above ground weighbridge for a custom feedlot for sheep and cattle located at Meningie in the south east of South Australia. Being a contracting feedlot, our customer needs to know the weight of incoming products used in specialty feed blends, some of which are direct from other farms and have no other trade weighing process.
The weighbridge supply includes civils construction by AccuWeigh along with our AccuWeigh Systec IT6000E Intelligent Digital Weight Terminal for recording all weight, supplier and other required data. Data output includes weighbridge ticket printing along with a USB output for transferring data to a USB drive.
The full system is driven by DC power provided by the customer’s on site solar power system, which is a perfect arrangement for this remote property.
