Another Solar System for Princess Royal Station

AccuWeigh’s South Australian operation has recently supplied and commissioned a second solar powered system for a weighbridge at Princess Royal Station, a cattle station located at Burra, 160km north of Adelaide. The second solar powered system was purchased based on the successful results of the first solar powered system supplied by AccuWeigh.

The station required an effective power system to operate their weighbridges which were previously powered by generators. Solar power represents a logical and long-term choice for many remote and rural properties.

The solar power system incorporates deep cycle batteries to ensure reliable power supply during day light hours but more importantly for night time operations when their weighbridges are often used. AccuWeigh has solar power solutions for all weighbridge and weighing systems.
