When their regular provider failed the Kwinana weighbridges during the re-verification process, AccuWeigh were asked to provide assistance for a large WA based cement supplier. Within 24 hours of the call, AccuWeigh had attended site and our civils construction department had performed some initial repairs to enable the weighbridges to be re-verified and returned to service. As we all know, when a piece of vital equipment fails, the customer’s business can suffer significant damage unless repairs can be effected quickly.

Rapid weighbridge repairs are nothing new the AccuWeigh crew. The immediate issues were corrected in very short order, followed by re-verification of the weighing systems. Further non-critical repair work to the concrete level approaches over the following weekends was completed as required by the customer’s production schedule. These repairs, along with supply and installation of new remote weight displays with integral traffic control lights have enabled our customer to continue operations and AccuWeigh to further strengthen a relationship with the big cement producer.
