AccuWeigh’s After Hours Service is First Class

AccuWeigh’s Queensland weighbridge servicing department was recently called out to NQX Freight’s Eagle Farm site for an urgent service call on their 4m x 3m fully in-ground axle weighbridge. The axle weighbridge was not providing comprehensible weight readings and is an integral part of the site’s freight operations.


AccuWeigh responded to this service call promptly on a Friday afternoon and the service work continued on into the evening until this weighbridge was again functioning correctly. After the initial fault finding by our fully-trained service technician, the digital indicator was replaced with a ready-held new indicator and AccuWeigh’s weighbridge test rig unit was used to calibrate the weighbridge ready for operations again.

One of the many advantages of using AccuWeigh as a service provider is that we carry many weighing scale spare parts and components on our shelves and some of these can be brought out to site during service visits. This greatly reduces the downtime experienced by our customers and allows them to get back to business quicker.

AccuWeigh also has weighbridge test rig units located around Australia which enable us to accurately calibrate weighing systems promptly after they have been repaired.
