Way back in 2004, AccuWeigh’s Queensland branch was the first to hire a young person with a slight intellectual disability, which had previously limited this person from consistent and reliable employment.
Since then, AccuWeigh branches in each state have employed people with a disability, providing these people with a real sense of purpose and allowing them to genuinely contribute to our culture and business success. We are extremely proud of them and proud to be a morally responsible business that can give a helping hand to less privileged people in our communities.
