Key objectives include:
- Establish rapport with our existing customers to execute our company strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service via prospecting, cold calling, following up on referrals and setting up appointments with key decision makers.
- Formulate tenders, quotations and custom requests including making presentations to decision makers.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streams.
- Prepare sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their needs.
- Liaise with Technical Support staff regarding difficult customer queries.
- Document all communications and customer interactions in CRM database.
- Attend conferences, trade shows and seminars as required.
